While they aren't perfect... they aren't too shabby either.... And I know with practice they will get better. And they're mine.... I created them myself. It took about two years of doodling on paper, but I finally committed. I figure one day I may look back and think how pitiful they are...But right now I'm real proud.
It's four below zero--- I want an outdoor photo of the finished quilt.... It's got to warm up first.

They are awesome! Maybe someday I'll be brave enough to try some feathers!
You go girl!!! I applaud your bravery and it paid off cause it looks awesome.
I think u should be proud.
Fabulous! Clapping, Clapping for you! Stay warm!
Your feathers are wonderful. Nobody will know they're your first unless you tell them! Feathers are such fun, and so many ways to make them, once you get used to stitching them, you'll never be bored quilting.
They're wonderful! You should be very proud.
Don't be so hard on yourself. They look great and will continue to be the same for years to come.
I love it. Really nice work!
Those look good! I gave up on feathers lol.
The feathers look good to me. That type quilting design is one of my favorites but not one I use. I have played making them a bit though. You were brave!
Yay for you!!! Those feathers look great.
Hey Mel! That looks just fine! Very good :o) I made feathers and lets just say they had to come back out and it was not a fun task. Next time I will be practing more before I go and throw one on a finished project. Yours are WAAAAAAY better!
