Twelve Blocks-- Heart & Home

My BOM quilt has all twelve blocks completed.  I've got the winter ahead to put the border on and applique the vines. I love the Pup-- It was Ransom-- with his white paw. I should has purchased backing for it.  Next trip to Green Bay, right?

It's a wool applique piece from the Country Loft. It you have ever consider wool Applique-- try it... you'll love it.

Oh, I love these quilt blocks. Beautiful! Wish I could do wool here but I don't know how to keep the months from eating holes in anything wool. I did one small wall hanging and shortly they ate holes in it. Bummer! I can't stand the smell of moth balls. Any suggestions?

A wonderful wool piece. Wool applique is fun and fairly easy. And looks good. The first time I tried it, I was not happy with the results but the second try, I was successful and very happy.

Mel, that's so pretty! I'm finishing up my first wool applique. I've decided there's way too much cat hair in my house to do much wool applique...especially on a black background!
