The original pattern had berries and leaves on the trees-- I decided I didn't want them.
When I started connecting pieces this one turned out to be smaller. It's my never ending problem with 'attention to detail'. Well, I could have gotten on a fit, but instead I added an extra border around, with some left over fabric from another block. Here's the row---
(notice puppies wrestling in the background)
Putting it all together the quilt is darling and a ton of fun-- I love this block of the month program.

Melanie, you have done a wonderful job on this - it is perfect! What a fun project and you have really personalized it to reflect your own home.
Love this. Good job!
I can't just sit either. I like to have some kind of handwork to do.
Things are looking so good with your wall hanging. I hate it when something comes up short but finding a solution was easy for you this time. And no one would know if you didn't tell them.
Are you making plans to do another BOM of some kind?
I have had "size" problems in the past as well. I always hang on to any extra BOM fabric I have for just this situation. This is a great quilt!
It's just beautiful! It's going to be an awesome quilt!
Such a darling quilt, and nice colors. So sorry about Ransom. Your puppy is darling and will keep you busy!
